Debby Merritt
Chief Executive Officer - Arizona
Debby represents the third-generation of family ownership in Royce. She joined the family business after graduating from college in 1986. Debby provides direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.

Rick Campbell
Chief Marketing Officer - Arizona
Rick joined the family business in 1994. Rick is responsible for business development and strategies, cost analysis, pricing and product development. He also oversees contracts, legal affairs, engineering, and customer and trade relations.

Andrew Ruiz
Vice President of Construction - Arizona
Andrew started with Royce Masonry in 1991. He oversees production on all Arizona projects. Andrew supervises project superintendents, prepares construction schedules, manages labor and material issues, and coordinates with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.

Linda Raben
Vice President of Administration - Phoenix
Linda has been with Royce Masonry since 1987, shortly after the Phoenix office opened. She manages the Phoenix departments of office administration, fleet maintenance and facility administration.

Administrative Manager - Tucson / Controller - Arizona
Carla joined Royce Tucson in 1983. Carla manages the department of office administration for Tucson and she is also responsible for accounting and financial reporting as Controller for Arizona.
